Arrive at Windhoek or other entry point
Most travellers fly into Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH) near Windhoek. You'll join the 'Foreign Passports' queue. Have your passport, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation ready.

Present documents at immigration counter
Hand over your passport and any requested documents. The officer will check your passport validity, blank page, and onward ticket. They may ask a few questions about your trip (purpose, length of stay). Answer clearly.

Receive entry stamp
If everything is in order, the officer stamps your passport with a visitor's entry permit valid for up to 90 days. Check the stamp before leaving the counter — make sure the allowed stay is correct.

Collect baggage and exit
After immigration, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. There are no additional visa-related steps. You're free to enter Namibia.
