Apply for the eVisa online
Go to evisa.gov.az, fill in your personal and passport details, upload a passport-style photo, and pay the fee. Processing usually takes 3 business days, but you can pay extra for urgent (3-hour) processing.

Receive and print your eVisa
Once approved, the eVisa is emailed to you as a PDF. Print a copy and also save it on your phone. You'll need to show it at immigration in Baku.

Before you land at Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD) in Baku, have your passport, printed eVisa, return ticket, and hotel booking ready. Keep them in your hand luggage.

Go through immigration at Baku airport
At passport control, hand over your passport and eVisa. The officer may ask to see your return ticket and hotel booking. Answer clearly and briefly. The process usually takes 2–5 minutes.
