Arrive at Ecuador airport
At Quito (UIO) or Guayaquil (GYE), follow signs to 'Migración' (Immigration). Join the 'Extranjeros' (Foreigners) queue. Have your passport and boarding pass ready.

Present documents to immigration officer
Hand over your passport. The officer may ask for your return ticket or hotel address. Answer briefly and clearly. They'll stamp your passport with a 90-day entry.

Collect luggage and exit
After immigration, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. Green channel for nothing to declare, red channel if you have goods over $500. Then you're through.
