Required for entry

Proof of accommodation
Recommended

Proof of funds
Recommended
Have a bank statement or credit card showing access to at least 500,000 XAF (roughly €760) for your stay. Officers rarely ask, but if they do, you need to show you can cover expenses.Recommended

You must show your yellow fever vaccination certificate (yellow card) at immigration. No card, no entry — no exceptions. Get the shot at least 10 days before you fly.

Immigration at N'Djamena will not accept a digital copy. Print the approval email and keep it with your passport.
