Kosovo entry requirements for Denmark passport holders
Danish passport holders can enter Kosovo visa-free for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. This policy has been in place since 2010 and remains unchanged for 2026. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
Entry requirements
| Requirement | Details | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Valid passport Must be valid for the duration of your stay | Your Danish passport needs to be valid for the entire time you plan to stay in Kosovo. No minimum validity period beyond your departure date is required by Kosovo law, but airlines may enforce a 3-month validity rule — check with your carrier before flying. | Required |
| Return or onward ticket Proof of departure from Kosovo | Immigration officers at Pristina International Airport routinely ask for a return or onward ticket. Have a printed or digital copy of your outbound booking ready — they check this before stamping you in. | Recommended |
| Proof of accommodation Hotel booking or host invitation | Carry a printed or digital hotel confirmation, Airbnb receipt, or a letter from your host. Border officers rarely ask for it, but having it ready avoids delays if they do. | Recommended |
| Proof of funds Sufficient money for your stay | Keep a bank statement or credit card showing you can cover your expenses. Kosovo does not publish a fixed minimum amount, but around €50–€100 per day is a safe benchmark if questioned. | Recommended |
