Estonian passport holders can get a visa on arrival in Oman, valid for up to 14 days. This has been the case since 2024 and applies at all international airports and land borders. No advance application is needed.

Visa on arrival is for tourism only
You cannot work or study on a visa on arrival. If you plan to work, volunteer, or study in Oman, you must get the appropriate visa before you travel.
Cash or card for visa fee
The visa on arrival fee is 20 OMR. Have cash (Omani Rials) or a credit card ready. Some counters may not accept all cards, so carrying cash is safer.

Arrive at Muscat or Salalah airport
Follow signs to 'Visa on Arrival' counters. These are clearly marked and usually have shorter queues than the main immigration lines.

Present your documents
Hand over your passport, return ticket, and hotel booking. The officer will process your visa and collect the fee (if applicable).

Pay the visa fee
As of 2025, the visa on arrival costs 20 OMR (about €48). Pay in cash (Omani Rials) or by credit card. Keep the receipt.

Get stamped and proceed
Once approved, you'll receive a visa sticker in your passport and an entry stamp. You're free to enter Oman for up to 14 days.
