Get your invitation letter

Go to visa.kdmid.ru, create an account, and complete the application. Print the confirmation page. Make sure your details match your passport exactly — any discrepancy can cause a rejection.

Collect your passport, photos, invitation letter, insurance policy, and printed application. Make photocopies of everything — the embassy may keep some documents.

Submit your application at the Russian embassy or visa centre
