Secure a Letter of Invitation
Contact a licensed Turkmen travel agency or your local host to arrange an LOI. This can take 2–4 weeks. You'll need to provide your passport details and travel dates. The agency will submit the request to the State Migration Service.

Prepare your application documents
Gather your passport, photos, completed application form, LOI, flight/hotel bookings, and visa fee. Make photocopies of everything — the embassy may keep some documents.

Submit your application at the embassy
Visit the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Cairo (or the nearest embassy that handles Egyptian nationals). Submit your documents in person. The embassy will review your application and may ask for additional information. Processing typically takes 5–10 working days, but can be longer.
