What happens at the border

1
Apply for the e-Visa online
Go to e-viza.rks-gov.net and fill out the application. Upload a scanned copy of your passport bio page, a passport-sized photo, and your travel details. Pay the fee online (typically €30–€50). Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, sometimes longer. Apply at least 3 weeks before your trip.
2
Prepare your documents
Once your e-Visa is approved, print the approval email or save a PDF on your phone. Also have your passport, return ticket, accommodation booking, and insurance ready. Keep everything in a folder or easily accessible on your phone.
3
Arrive at Pristina International Airport
When you land at Pristina Airport (PRN), head to the immigration queue for non-EU passports. Hand over your passport and e-Visa approval. The officer may ask about your accommodation and return ticket — show the documents if asked. The process usually takes 2–5 minutes.
4
Receive your entry stamp
The officer will stamp your passport with the date of entry. Check the stamp before leaving the counter — make sure the date is correct. You're allowed to stay for the duration specified on your e-Visa (usually up to 90 days within 180 days).
