Submit SG Arrival Card
Up to 3 days before you fly, go to the ICA website or download the 'SG Arrival Card' app. Fill in your passport details, flight info, and accommodation. You'll get a confirmation email — save it or screenshot it.

Arrive at Changi Airport
Follow signs to 'Foreign Passports' after you deplane. Join the queue for automated lanes if your passport has the biometric symbol — most UK passports do. Scan your passport, look at the camera, and you're through in under a minute.

Collect baggage and proceed to customs
After immigration, pick up your luggage from the carousel. If you have nothing to declare, walk through the green channel. If you're carrying more than SGD 20,000 in cash or dutiable goods, use the red channel.
