Indian passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival at any Bangladeshi airport or land border. You must have an approved e-Visa before you travel.

Apply for e-Visa online
Go to www.evisa.gov.bd, fill in your details, upload a passport-style photo and your passport data page, and pay the fee (around $50–$80 depending on duration). Processing takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive an approval email — print it.

Arrive at a Bangladeshi airport
You can enter through Dhaka (DAC), Chittagong (CGP), or Sylhet (ZYL). At immigration, hand over your passport and the printed e-Visa approval. The officer will stamp the visa sticker into your passport.

Show supporting documents if asked
Immigration may request your return ticket and hotel booking. Have them ready on your phone or printed. Answer questions about your stay clearly.

Collect your passport and proceed
