Belize entry requirements for Italy passport holders
Italian passport holders can enter Belize for tourism or business stays up to 30 days without a visa. As of 2026, you just show up at the airport or land border and get entry on arrival. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your entry date.
Entry requirements
| Requirement | Details | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Valid passport Must be valid for the duration of your stay | Your passport needs to be valid only for the time you plan to stay in Belize. Airlines sometimes ask for 6 months validity — check with your carrier before departure. | Required |
| Return or onward ticket Proof of departure from Belize | Immigration officers at Belize's Philip Goldson International Airport routinely ask for a return or onward ticket. Have a printed or digital copy ready — they may deny entry without one. | Recommended |
| Proof of accommodation Hotel booking or invitation letter | Officers sometimes ask where you're staying. Have a hotel confirmation or a letter from your host ready to show. | Recommended |
| Proof of funds Show you can support yourself during your stay | Immigration may ask for evidence of sufficient funds. Carry a bank statement or credit card showing you have at least $100 USD per day of your stay. | Recommended |
