Keep digital copies of everything
Save your eVisa PDF, passport scan, and flight tickets on your phone and in cloud storage. If you lose your printed copies, you'll still have them accessible.

What happens at the border

1
Apply for the eVisa online
Go to www.evisacameroon.com, fill in your details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee (around $80–$100 depending on processing speed). You'll receive a confirmation email within a few days.
2
Print or save your eVisa approval
Once approved, you'll get a PDF. Print a copy and save it on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and on arrival.
3
Arrive at Yaoundé or Douala airport
At immigration, present your passport, eVisa approval, and return ticket. The officer will stamp you in. The process usually takes 10–15 minutes.
4
Collect your luggage and exit
After immigration, grab your bags from the carousel. There's a customs check but it's usually quick. You're free to go.
