Arrive at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU)
After landing, follow signs to 'Immigration'. There are separate queues for Mauritian citizens and foreigners. Join the 'Foreign Passports' line.

Present your passport and documents
Hand over your passport (with at least 6 months validity and a blank page). The officer may ask for your return ticket and accommodation details. Have them ready on your phone or printed.

Get your entry stamp
The officer will stamp your passport with a visa-free entry valid for up to 90 days. Check the stamp says the correct date and duration before walking away.

Collect luggage and proceed to customs
After immigration, head to baggage claim, then customs. Green channel if you have nothing to declare, red channel if you have goods over the duty-free limit.
