Go to e-visa.by and fill out the application. Upload a passport-style photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee (around 60–80 EUR depending on processing speed). Processing takes 3–5 business days for standard, 1–2 days for express. Print the approval email.

Book your travel and accommodation
Book a flight to Minsk National Airport (MSQ) and a return/onward ticket. Reserve your first night's accommodation. Keep all confirmations on your phone and printed.

Arrive at Minsk National Airport
Go to the 'Foreign Passports' queue at immigration. Hand over your passport, printed e-visa, and return ticket if asked. The officer will stamp your passport. No separate customs form needed for most travellers.
