eVisa is mandatory — no exceptions
South Korean passport holders cannot enter Syria without an approved eVisa. There is no visa on arrival or visa waiver. Apply well in advance.

Go to the official Syrian eVisa portal (if available) or use a trusted visa service. Fill in your passport details, travel dates, and upload a passport-style photo. Pay the fee online. Processing usually takes a few business days.

Prepare your documents
Print or save digital copies of your eVisa approval, passport info page, return ticket, and hotel booking. Keep them in a separate folder on your phone and a physical copy in your bag.

Arrive at Damascus International Airport
At immigration, present your passport and eVisa approval. The officer may ask for your return ticket and hotel address. Answer clearly and calmly. You'll receive an entry stamp with your allowed stay duration.

Exit and collect luggage
After immigration, proceed to baggage claim. There are no additional forms to fill. If you have a local SIM, insert it now to get online.
