The 60-day visa-free period cannot be extended. If you need more time, you must leave the country and re-enter. Overstaying can lead to fines and a ban.
What happens at the border

Arrive at Manas International Airport (Bishkek) or Osh Airport
After landing, follow signs to 'Passport Control'. There are separate queues for Kyrgyz citizens and foreigners. Join the 'Foreign Passports' line.

Present your passport and boarding pass
Hand over your passport and boarding pass. The officer will check your passport validity and may ask for your return ticket. Have your phone ready with the booking confirmation.

Receive entry stamp
The officer will stamp your passport with the date of entry and the allowed stay (60 days). No fee is charged. The process usually takes 1-2 minutes.

Collect luggage and exit
After passport control, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. There's nothing to declare for personal items. You're free to enter Kyrgyzstan.
