Processing takes 10–15 business days. Check your email for the approval notification. If approved, you'll receive a PDF eVisa. Print a copy and also save it on your phone.

Prepare your documents for travel
Pack your passport, printed eVisa, yellow fever certificate, and proof of accommodation. Keep them in your carry-on, not checked luggage.

Arrive at the airport in Venezuela
At Simón Bolívar International Airport (CCS) in Caracas or other entry points, go to the immigration counter. Present your passport and eVisa. The officer may ask about your stay — answer clearly. You'll get an entry stamp.
