No visa on arrival
Sri Lankan passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival at Manas Airport. You must have an approved eVisa before you board your flight.
eVisa is single-entry only
The eVisa allows one entry. If you leave Kyrgyzstan (even for a day trip), you'll need to apply for a new eVisa to re-enter.

Apply for eVisa online
Go to evisa.e-gov.kg, fill in your details, upload a passport-style photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee (around $50–$60 USD) by card. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and print eVisa
Once approved, you'll get a PDF by email. Print a copy and also save it on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and at immigration in Bishkek.

Arrive at Manas International Airport (Bishkek)
After landing, follow signs to 'Foreign Passports'. Join the queue, present your passport, printed eVisa, and return ticket if asked. The officer will stamp you in — usually takes 2–5 minutes.
