What happens at the border

1
Arrive at the airport
After landing at Dhaka (DAC), Chittagong (CGP), or Sylhet (ZYL), follow signs to 'Visa on Arrival' or 'Immigration'. Do not go to the regular foreign passport queue.
2
Fill out the application form
At the counter, you'll get a small form. Fill in your details: name, passport number, flight number, hotel address. Keep it simple.
3
Pay the fee and get the visa
Hand over your passport, form, and fee (cash only). The officer will process it and stamp the visa. This usually takes 5–10 minutes.
4
Proceed to immigration
With the visa sticker in your passport, go to the immigration counter. They'll check your passport and onward ticket, then let you through.
