No visa on arrival for Moroccans
Unlike some other nationalities, Moroccan passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival at any Bangladeshi port. You must have an approved e-Visa before you board your flight.

The e-Visa is only valid for entry through Dhaka, Chittagong, or Sylhet airports. If you plan to enter by land from India or Myanmar, you'll need a different visa type — contact the Bangladesh embassy in Rabat.

What happens at the border

1
Apply for the e-Visa online
Go to www.evisa.gov.bd and fill out the application. You'll need a digital passport photo, a scan of your passport bio page, and details of your travel and accommodation. Pay the fee online. Processing usually takes 3–7 business days, but can be longer during peak periods.
2
Receive and print your visa approval
Once approved, you'll get an email with a PDF of your visa. Print it and also save a copy on your phone. You'll need to show it at the airport check-in counter and again at immigration in Bangladesh.
3
Arrive at a Bangladeshi airport
You must enter through one of the designated e-Visa ports: Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (Dhaka), Shah Amanat International Airport (Chittagong), or Osmani International Airport (Sylhet). Land crossings are not yet supported for e-Visa holders.
4
Go through immigration
At the immigration counter, hand over your passport, printed visa approval, and return ticket. The officer will stamp your passport with a visa sticker. Expect a short queue — 10–30 minutes at busy times.

Yes, but it's not automatic. You can apply for an extension at the Department of Immigration and Passports in Dhaka. Extensions are usually granted for 30 days at a time, with a fee of about $50 USD. You'll need a reason (e.g., tourism, business).
You will be denied entry. The 6-month rule is strictly enforced. If your passport is close to expiring, renew it before applying for the e-Visa.
Only if you are arriving from a country with yellow fever risk. Morocco is not a yellow fever country, so you don't need it for direct travel. But if you've been in sub-Saharan Africa or South America recently, you'll need the certificate.
No. The e-Visa is only valid for entry at the three international airports: Dhaka, Chittagong, and Sylhet. Land border crossings are not supported for e-Visa holders.
