Myanmar passport holders must apply for an eVisa before traveling to Armenia. The entire process is online through the official eVisa portal. As of 2026, this is the only visa option for tourism or short business visits.

eVisa is the only option

Apply for eVisa online
Go to evisa.mfa.am, fill in your personal and passport details, upload a digital passport photo, and pay the fee. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and print eVisa
Once approved, you'll get a PDF via email. Print a copy and also save it on your phone. You'll show it at immigration in Yerevan.

Arrive at Zvartnots Airport
At Yerevan's Zvartnots Airport, head to the 'Foreign Passports' queue. Hand over your passport, eVisa printout, and return ticket. The officer may ask about your accommodation — have the address ready.

Get entry stamp
The officer will stamp your passport with the entry date and the allowed stay. Check the stamp before leaving the counter — if the dates look wrong, ask immediately.
