Apply before travel
You need an eVisa to enter Kyrgyzstan. Apply at the official Kyrgyzstan eVisa portal — processing takes about 3 business days. Print the approval email and carry it with your passport.Apply for eVisaRequired
Valid passport
Must cover your entire stay
Your passport needs at least one blank page for the entry stamp. Kyrgyzstan does not enforce a 6-month validity rule — just make sure it's valid for the full duration of your trip.Required
Return or onward ticket
Immigration may ask for it
Border officers at Manas International Airport occasionally ask for proof of onward travel. Have a printed or digital copy of your return ticket or a ticket to your next destination ready.Recommended
Proof of accommodation
Hotel booking or host invitation
Carry a printed hotel confirmation or an invitation letter from your host. Immigration rarely checks it, but having it avoids delays if they do.Recommended
Proof of funds
Show you can support yourself
Have a bank statement or credit card showing you have enough money for your stay. Kyrgyzstan doesn't publish a fixed minimum, but around $50 per day is a safe benchmark.Recommended
eVisa is mandatory
Myanmar passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival in Kyrgyzstan. You must apply and receive approval before you travel.
Keep digital copies
Save your eVisa PDF and flight booking on your phone. Also email them to yourself in case you lose access.
