Passport validity counts from entry date

Print a paper copy and also save the PDF on your phone. Border control will scan the barcode at the airport.

Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD) in Baku
After landing, follow signs to 'Passport Control'. Have your passport, printed eVisa, and return ticket ready. The officer will stamp your passport with the entry date. The whole process usually takes 5–10 minutes.

After passport control, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. No arrival declaration is needed for standard tourist visits.
