Yellow fever vaccine is mandatory
You must have a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate (yellow card) to enter Ghana. Without it, you may be denied entry or forced to get vaccinated at the airport for about $20 USD. Get the vaccine at least 10 days before travel.
Cash is king at the visa counter
