Arrive at Moshoeshoe I International Airport (Maseru)
Most Norwegian travellers fly into Maseru. After landing, follow signs to 'Immigration' — it is a small, single queue. Have your passport, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation ready.

Present documents at the immigration counter
Hand over your passport and any requested documents. The officer will check your passport validity, stamp you in, and return your passport. The whole process usually takes 5–10 minutes.

Collect luggage and exit
After immigration, pick up your bags from the carousel. There is a customs checkpoint on the way out — declare any goods if required, otherwise just walk through.
