What happens at the border

Apply for the eVisa online
Go to the Botswana eVisa portal (evisa.gov.bw) and fill out the application. You'll need your passport details, travel dates, and accommodation info. Upload a digital passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page.

Pay the eVisa fee
Pay the processing fee online by credit or debit card. The fee is around $30–$50 USD depending on your nationality. Keep the payment receipt.

Wait for approval
