Yellow fever vaccine is mandatory
You must show your yellow fever vaccination certificate (yellow card) at immigration. Without it, you may be denied entry or forced to get vaccinated at the airport at your own expense. Get the shot at least 10 days before travel.
eVisa is the only option
There is no visa on arrival for Nepali passport holders. You must have the eVisa approved before you board your flight. Airlines will check it at check-in.

Apply for the eVisa online
Go to the official Cameroon eVisa website (evisacameroon.com). Fill in your personal and travel details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee online with a credit or debit card. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and print your eVisa
Once approved, you'll get the eVisa as a PDF by email. Print two copies — one to present at check-in and one for immigration on arrival. Also save a digital copy on your phone.

Arrive at Yaoundé or Douala airport
Most international flights land at Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport (NSI) or Douala International Airport (DLA). At immigration, present your passport, printed eVisa, and return ticket. The officer will stamp your passport. The process usually takes 10–15 minutes.

Collect your luggage and exit
After immigration, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. There's no separate visa-on-arrival queue — eVisa holders use the standard immigration line.
