Venezuela does not require a yellow fever certificate for entry, but it's recommended if you're visiting areas with risk of transmission. Check with your doctor before travel.
The local currency is the Venezuelan bolívar (VES), but US dollars and euros are widely accepted in tourist areas. Bring cash in small denominations, as card payments can be unreliable.

Overstaying can result in fines, detention, or a ban from re-entering Venezuela. The fine amount varies, but it's best to leave on time or get proper visa extension before your 90 days are up.
If you're transiting and don't leave the international zone of the airport, you don't need a visa. But if you plan to leave the airport, you'll need to go through immigration and will be subject to the same visa-free rules.
