Go to evisa.gouv.ga, fill in your personal and travel details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee online. Processing usually takes a few business days.

Receive approval and print confirmation
Once approved, you'll get an email with your eVisa document. Print a copy and save a PDF on your phone. You'll show this at immigration in Libreville.

Arrive at Libreville International Airport (LBV)
Go to the immigration counter. Present your passport, printed eVisa, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation. The officer may ask a few questions about your trip. After stamping, you're free to enter.
