Arrive at Kigali International Airport
After landing, follow signs to 'Visa on Arrival' or 'Immigration'. The counter is in the arrivals hall, before baggage claim.

Hand over your passport, return ticket (printed or on phone), and accommodation booking. The officer will check everything.

Pay the visa fee
Pay USD 50 in cash. They'll give you a receipt and then stamp the visa into your passport.

Collect your passport and proceed
Once stamped, you're free to go through to baggage claim and exit. The whole process takes 10–20 minutes.
