Go to e-visa.by/en, fill out the application, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport data page. Pay the €60 fee online. Processing takes up to 5 business days. Apply at least a week before your flight.

Print the eVisa approval, your return ticket, and hotel booking. Have your passport ready. Take screenshots of everything on your phone as backup.

Arrive at Minsk National Airport (MSQ)
After landing, follow signs to 'Passport Control'. Join the queue for foreign passports. Have your passport, eVisa printout, and return ticket in hand. The officer will check your documents, may ask a few questions (purpose of visit, where staying), then stamp your passport. You'll be allowed up to 30 days.

Register your stay (if staying more than 5 days)
If you stay longer than 5 days, your hotel or host must register you with the local migration office within 3 days of arrival. If staying in a private apartment, you must do this yourself at the Citizenship and Migration Department. Keep the registration slip — you'll need it when leaving.
