Passport validity is strictly enforced
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you arrive in Tonga. Airlines check this before boarding, and immigration checks it on arrival. If you're even a day short, you'll be turned away.
No visa, but still need a return ticket
Even though you don't need a visa, immigration will ask for proof of onward travel. Have a printed or digital copy of your return or onward ticket ready. A screenshot on your phone is fine.

Arrive at Fua'amotu International Airport (TBU)
After landing, follow signs to the immigration hall. There's usually one queue for all foreign passports. Have your passport, return ticket (printed or on phone), and accommodation details ready.
