No visa on arrival
Serbian passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival in DR Congo. You must have an approved eVisa before you fly. Airlines will check this before boarding.
Yellow fever vaccine required

Apply for the eVisa online
Go to visa.gouv.cd, fill in your details, upload a passport photo and passport scan, and pay the fee. Processing takes a few business days. You'll receive an approval email.

Print or save your eVisa approval
Once approved, print a copy and also save the PDF on your phone. You'll show it at immigration in Kinshasa or other entry points.

Have your passport, eVisa approval, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation ready. Keep them in your hand luggage.

Go through immigration at N'djili Airport (FIH)
At Kinshasa's main airport, join the foreign passport queue. Hand over your passport and eVisa. The officer will stamp you in. Answer any questions clearly.
