Arrive at Kigali International Airport (KGL)
After landing, follow signs to 'Visa on Arrival' or 'Immigration'. There's usually a separate counter for visa-on-arrival applicants. Queue up, fill out the arrival card (provided on the plane or at the counter).

Submit documents and pay
Hand over your passport, completed arrival card, and return ticket (if asked). Pay the USD 50 fee. The officer will process your visa and stamp your passport. This takes 5–10 minutes if the line is short.

Proceed to baggage claim and exit
Once stamped, you're officially admitted. Collect your luggage and head to customs. Keep your passport handy for the customs check.
