Apply for the eVisa online
Go to the official Bhutan eVisa website and fill out the application. Upload a digital passport photo and a copy of your passport bio page. Pay the visa fee (if any) using a credit card. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and save your eVisa approval
Once approved, you'll get an email with your eVisa approval letter. Save a PDF copy on your phone and print a paper backup. You'll need to show it at check-in and upon arrival in Bhutan.

Arrive at Paro International Airport
After landing at Paro Airport (the only international airport in Bhutan), proceed to immigration. Present your passport, eVisa approval, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation. The officer will stamp your passport and you're free to enter.
