Rwandan passport holders cannot enter Lesotho without an approved eVisa. There is no visa on arrival, and border officials will not make exceptions. Apply online at least a week before your trip.

Apply for the eVisa online
Go to the Lesotho eVisa portal (usually evisalesotho.com). Fill in your personal and passport details, upload a passport-style photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Print or save the eVisa
Once approved, you'll receive a PDF. Print a copy and also save it on your phone. You'll show this at check-in and at immigration in Maseru.

Arrive at Moshoeshoe I International Airport
After landing, head to the immigration counter. Present your passport, eVisa approval, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation. The officer may ask a few questions (purpose of visit, length of stay). Answer clearly. You'll get an entry stamp — usually valid for up to 30 days.
