Passport validity is critical

Arrive at Hamad International Airport
After landing, follow the signs to 'Arrivals' and then to 'Passport Control'. There are separate queues for GCC nationals and other nationalities; join the 'All Passports' or 'Foreigners' queue.

Present your passport at the counter
Hand over your passport to the immigration officer. They will check its validity, may ask about your stay, and will stamp your passport. This usually takes a few minutes.

Collect your luggage and exit
After the stamp, proceed to baggage claim, collect your bags, and walk through the green 'Nothing to Declare' channel if you have no goods to declare.
