Jordan entry requirements for Slovenia passport holders
Slovenian passport holders can get a visa on arrival in Jordan — no need to apply in advance. Show up at the airport or land border with your passport and pay the fee. As of 2026, this is the standard entry method for tourism.
Entry requirements
| Requirement | Details | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Visa on arrival Visa on arrival | Get your visa at Queen Alia International Airport (AMM) or the King Hussein Bridge (Allenby) border crossing. Pay in Jordanian dinars (JOD) — 40 JOD for single entry, 60 JOD for multiple entry. Have cash ready, the ATM at the airport sometimes runs out.Apply online | Required |
| Valid passport Original passport | Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date. Jordanian immigration checks this strictly at the border — if your passport expires sooner, they will deny entry. | Required |
| Return or onward ticket Flight itinerary | Immigration officers at AMM routinely ask for proof of onward travel. Have a printed or digital copy of your return flight or next destination ticket ready. Airlines also check this before boarding. | Required |
| Proof of accommodation Hotel booking or invitation letter | Carry a printed hotel reservation or a letter from your host in Jordan. Border officers sometimes ask where you're staying, especially if you arrive without a clear itinerary. | Recommended |
