Go to the official Russian eVisa portal (evisa.kdmid.ru). Fill in your personal details, passport info, and travel dates. Upload a recent passport-style photo. Pay the fee (if any) and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email within 4 days.

Print or save your eVisa approval email, passport, return ticket, and first-night hotel booking. Keep them together in a folder or on your phone.

Arrive at the airport in Russia
At passport control, present your passport and eVisa approval. The officer may ask for your return ticket and hotel booking. Have them ready. They'll stamp your passport with the entry date.

Hotels usually handle registration automatically. If you're staying in private accommodation, your host must register you within 7 days. Ask them to confirm it's done.
