Immigration officers will ask for a confirmed return flight or onward ticket out of the Schengen zone. This is strictly checked at the border — have a printed or digital copy ready.Required

Carry hotel confirmations for every night of your stay, or a letter of invitation from your host in Iceland. Immigration may ask to see these at the border.Recommended
Proof of funds

Have bank statements or cash showing at least 10,000 ISK per person per day (roughly 2,500 THB/day). Credit cards are widely accepted, but having cash or a recent statement helps.Recommended

Public hospitals provide emergency care, but non-residents may be charged. Travel insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation is strongly advised — a hospital stay can cost hundreds of dollars per day.
