No visa on arrival — apply online before you go
Turkish passport holders cannot get a visa at the airport in Chad. You must apply for an e-Visa at e-visa.td at least a week before your trip. Without an approved visa, you will be denied boarding.
Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory
All travellers entering Chad must show a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate. Get the shot at least 10 days before departure and carry the certificate with your passport.

Receive and save your visa approval
You'll get an email with your approved e-Visa as a PDF. Print a copy and also save it on your phone. Immigration at N'Djamena International Airport will ask to see it.

Before you land, have your passport, printed e-Visa, return ticket, and hotel booking confirmation ready. Keep them in your hand luggage — not in checked bags.

Go through immigration at N'Djamena Airport
At the immigration desk, hand over your passport and e-Visa. The officer may ask for your return ticket and accommodation proof. Answer questions clearly. You'll receive an entry stamp — check the date is correct before leaving the counter.
