Pay 20 OMR (about $52 USD) in cash. Credit cards are not always accepted, so bring OMR or USD. The visa is valid for 30 days.

Get your visa stamped
The officer will stamp your passport and hand you a visa slip. Keep this with your passport — you'll need it when leaving.

Proceed to immigration
After getting the visa, go to the immigration counters. Show your passport with the visa stamp, return ticket, and hotel booking if asked. You'll be through in a few minutes.
