Apply for the eVisa online
Go to visa.gouv.cd, fill in the form, upload your passport scan and photo, and pay the fee. Processing takes a few business days — apply at least a week before travel.

Receive your eVisa approval
You'll get an email with the approved eVisa as a PDF. Print it out and also save a copy on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and on arrival.

Arrive at N'Djili International Airport (FIH) in Kinshasa
After landing, follow signs to immigration. Have your passport, printed eVisa, return ticket, and accommodation booking ready. The officer will stamp you in — no additional fees at the counter.
