Transiting through Gambia
Vietnamese citizens transiting through Gambia require a visa, even if staying airside. A transit visa is issued on arrival at Banjul International Airport.
- Diplomatic or official passport holders may be exempt.
- Passengers with confirmed onward tickets and no intention of leaving the international transit area may be allowed to remain airside for up to 24 hours without a visa, but this is at the discretion of immigration officials.
