What happens at the border

Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport
You'll go through passport control at Terminal 3 (most international flights). Have your passport, boarding pass, and return ticket ready. The officer will ask about your trip purpose and length of stay — answer clearly and briefly.

The officer stamps your passport with a visitor entry permit valid for up to 90 days. Check the stamp before leaving the counter — it shows your allowed stay period.
