What happens at the border

1
Apply for a visa at the Cypriot embassy
Contact the Cypriot embassy or consulate in your region (or the nearest one that handles Cyprus visas). Submit your application, passport, photos, flight and hotel bookings, travel insurance, and proof of funds. Pay the visa fee (€80 for adults, €40 for children 6–12, free for under 6). Processing takes 10–15 working days, so apply at least 3 weeks before your trip.
2
Arrive at Larnaca or Paphos airport
When you land, go to the 'All Passports' queue. Hand over your passport with the visa sticker. The officer may ask for your return ticket and hotel address. Answer clearly. They'll stamp you in — usually for the duration of your visa (up to 90 days).
3
Exit Cyprus
At departure, go through passport control as usual. No special steps. Keep your boarding pass and passport ready.
