Apply early — no visa on arrival
Kosovo does not offer visa-on-arrival for Zimbabwean passport holders. You must get the e-Visa before you fly. Processing can take up to 2 weeks, so don't leave it to the last minute.

What happens at the border

1
Apply for the e-Visa online
Go to https://e-viza.rks-gov.net/ and fill out the application form. Upload a scanned copy of your passport bio page, a passport-sized photo, and supporting documents (return ticket, accommodation). Pay the fee online. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, but apply at least 2–3 weeks before travel.
2
Receive your visa approval
You'll get an email with your approved visa. Print it out and save a copy on your phone. You'll need to show it at the border.
3
Arrive at Kosovo border
At Pristina International Airport or any land border crossing, join the queue for non-EU passports. Hand over your passport, printed visa approval, and return ticket. The officer will check your documents and stamp you in. The process usually takes 2–5 minutes.
4
Collect your luggage and exit
After immigration, grab your bags from the carousel and walk through customs. There's usually no customs declaration unless you're carrying large amounts of cash or restricted goods.
