Malaysia entry requirements for Argentina passport holders
Argentine passport holders can visit Malaysia visa-free for up to 90 days. This has been in place for years and remains unchanged in 2026. Just show up with a valid passport and a return ticket.
Entry requirements
| Requirement | Details | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Valid passport Must be valid for the duration of your stay | Your passport needs to be valid only for the length of your stay in Malaysia. Airlines sometimes ask for 6 months validity, but immigration does not enforce that rule. | Required |
| Return or onward ticket Proof of departure from Malaysia | Immigration officers routinely ask for a return or onward flight ticket. Have a printed or digital copy ready — budget airlines check this before boarding too. | Recommended |
| Proof of accommodation Hotel booking or host invitation | Carry a printed hotel confirmation or a letter of invitation from your host. Immigration rarely asks, but having it avoids delays if they do. | Recommended |
| Proof of funds Sufficient cash or bank statement | Officers may ask to see you have enough money for your stay. A bank statement or credit card showing access to around 2,000 MYR is enough. | Recommended |
