Yellow fever vaccine is mandatory
You must show proof of yellow fever vaccination (yellow card) at immigration in Conakry. Without it, you may be denied entry or forced to get vaccinated on the spot.
eVisa is not extendable
The eVisa is valid for a single entry and cannot be extended. Plan your trip accordingly — if you need more time, you'll have to leave and re-enter.

Apply for the eVisa online
Submit your eVisa application through the official Guinea immigration website. You'll need your passport details, travel dates, and accommodation info. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and print your eVisa
Once approved, you'll get an eVisa document via email. Print a copy and save a digital version on your phone. You'll show this at immigration in Conakry.

Arrive at Conakry International Airport (CKY)
At the airport, head to the immigration hall. Present your passport, printed eVisa, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation. The officer will stamp you in.

Collect your luggage and exit
After clearing immigration, collect your bags from the carousel. Then proceed through customs — usually a quick bag scan. You're in Guinea.
